The HRBS 'New Manager' Training Program
We are proud to announce the launch of the HRBS 'New Manager' Training Program to be offered exclusively to our clients. Senior consultant Tarni McKay (Our resident guru Trainer) has developed a practical management skills training program to be offered to middle managers to improve their skills, knowledge and confidence in the areas of people management, recruitment and selection, performance management, conflict resolution amongst other topics. Training will be offered in half-day workshops in New Farm.
