The HR Audit
A HR Audit is an independent review process of an organisation’s existing Human Resources practices, employment contracts, policies and procedures. The Modern Award Audit determines if your employees are covered by an Award and if your employment contracts are compliant.
Policies & Procedures
With the introduction of Fair Work Australia 2009 and the National Employment Standards and 122 new Modern Awards, employers will need to review any existing employment agreements and HR policies to ensure compliance with the new standards.
