360 Degree Leadership Surveys
A confidential 360 leadership review gathers feedback on an individual manager's leadership style, behaviour and performance based on the perceptions and experiences of the survey respondents, which usually include the manager's direct reports, peers and their own manager. The 360 leadership survey results provide powerful feedback to the manager aimed at providing the manager with an awareness of their strengths and development opportunities.

The 360 results are presented to the manager in a report by one of our experienced consultants who provide coaching to assist the manager to improve leadership performance.
