I met Tina Radford at just the right time! I had been thinking for some time that I needed to update my employment contracts and HR policies, so when I met Tina, I knew she could help me. While HRBS was in the process of updating all of my employment contracts, developing a KPI bonus scheme which I had been trying to get my head around for almost two years, and developing an employee handbook (which was long overdue), I was relieved to have access to their “HR Hotline” when a relationship with a new staff member deteriorated almost overnight. I was interstate with several major events happening simultaneously, and I just did not have the time or the headspace to adequately deal with this. I was able to hand all correspondence and background info over to Tina and her team for them to handle – meaning that what could have turned into an ugly situation was managed in a professional, caring, and efficient way, with minimal fuss. HRBS is an invaluable service for businesses like mine which are too small to have an HR professional on staff.
