PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING

Enables employers to truly assess a potential or existing employee’s ability or personality in a measured and structured way for use in recruitment, development and team building activities. Psychometric testing, combined with a structured interview process has been found to be the best predictor of job performance.  Psychometric testing can be used as part of your selection process to assist you in making objective and informed decisions about the best suited candidate for the job and for your organisation.

Improve Teamwork..

Understanding the thoughts and behaviours of your team and co-workers plays an important role in developing a high performing effective and cohesive team. People tend to practice what they prefer and therefore perform better in those areas that match their work preference. The Team Management Index Profile (TMI) provides insight for groups and individuals into their work style preferences, and is an extremely effective process in assisting groups to identify their strengths and weaknesses.

RETENTION INTERVIEWS

Retention interviews are a preventative and proactive strategy used to ‘check in’ with employees to ensure that they are satisfied with their job and the organisation. Engaging an independent consultant to conduct retention interviews usually results in the employee providing more candid and honest feedback to form the basis of employee retention strategies.

HR Business Solutions also conduct commencement and exit interviews.
