Tina presented to the Group Practice Managers for 25 Architectural firms in Brisbane who hosted a lunch where Tina presented on a range of topics including improving and removing under performing staff and the new Work Health & Safety Laws.

The HRBS website has won a Best in Class Interactive Media Award in the Human Resources category for excellence in the design, development and implementation of the website. The Best in Class award is the highest honour bestowed by the Interactive Media Awards. It represents the very best in planning, execution and overall professionalism. In order to win this award level, the site had to successfully pass through the IMA comprehensive judging process, achieving very high marks in each of their judging criteria - an achievement only a fraction of sites in the IMA competition earn each year.
