Understanding Personalities: The Secret of Managing People
Personality types can help
us understand why people make decisions - and sometimes
clash.
Learn how to best manage and motivate your
team!
One of the most challenging aspects of
leadership is understanding and managing people's personalities. A
good manager needs to know how to get the best out of people and
what de-motivates people in order to lead a successful team.
The first step to understanding other
people's personalities is developing a self-awareness of your own
personality. Prior to attending this workshop each participant will
complete a 10 minute Personality Profile online called the Majors
PTI to bring along to the workshop where we will debrief your
profile. There are no right or wrong personality types, people just
have different preferences and styles of operating.
Attend this workshop and get a fascinating insight into the
world of personality types and develop your skills to better
manage, motivate and lead your team.
