Performance Counselling, Warnings and Termination of Employment: Training for Managers - 9 November 2011
Managing the poor performance and unacceptable conduct of
employees is a minefield for most employers and managers. Knowing
what you can and can't say when conducting these risky
conversations is the key to conducting a fair and safe process and
ensuring that you provide the employee with every opportunity to
'improve' their performance before being forced to
'remove' under-performing employees from your
business.
This workshop is aimed at providing managers and business owners
with the confidence, knowledge and skills to effectively conduct
performance counselling conversations with
employees to get results!
Facilitated by Managing Director, Tina Radford and Industrial
Relations Consultant, Joanne Barrett who both have over 20 years of
experience conducting these tough conversations, together they will
share their knowledge, stories, learning experiences and practical
