Human Resources Consultant
If you are an experienced Consultant in the areas of HR or IR and are a confident, professional degree qualified with a passion to produce high quality work, then we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking someone who is confident in their ability and knowledge, and aren’t afraid of a challenge.

Organisational Psychologist – Consulting Opportunity

Our consultants partner with employers to provide practical people management solutions to meet our client’s OD and HR management needs. Our unique approach to the HR and OD service means our clients truly benefit from the customised development and implementation of solutions that make a real difference to an organisation and its people.
Who are you?
You are a confident and experienced professional consultant with experience or interest in a diverse range of OD activities, including 360 leadership assessments, culture reviews, retention and exit surveys, job design, psychometric testing and coaching. You will have strong work ethic and be passionately committed to working with the MD to market and build the OD profile and business through your business development and positive client focus.

About the role....
We wish to appoint a part time, contract or potentially full time Organisational Psychologist in the near future. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working alongside other HR professionals and organisational psychologists and you will have direct access to the MD for coaching and development.
