Together Tina, Kelly and Joanne oversee our three main consulting divisions of Human Resources, Organisational Development and Industrial Relations respectively. The senior consultants are supported by a team of expert consultants.

Managing Director, specialising in Human Resources and Industrial Relations Strategy

Tina has over 18 years experience providing CEO’s and Managers with advice in the areas of human resources, industrial relations and leadership development. Tina has completed Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and has undertaken studies in Law. Tina has worked at an Executive level in large national and global organisations and specialises in assisting fast growing, entrepreneurial organisations. CEO’s from a range of industries seek out Tina’s strategic human resources advice and enjoy her direct ‘straight talking’ approach on a range of complex HR issues that demand a practical and commercial solution.

Kelly Maniatis

Kelly Maniatis

Senior Psychologist, specialising in Organisational and Leadership Development, Psychometric Testing and Executive Coaching

Over the past decade, Kelly has successfully provided leaders and employees with practical advice, based on contemporary psychological principles. Kelly has a Bachelor of Psychology (honours) and has also completed her Master of Organisational Psychology. Kelly seeks to improve workplace relationships and individual performance by utilising a range of psychological approaches and techniques which are easy to implement and deliver results.

Joanne Barrett

Senior Industrial Relations Consultant, specialising in Industrial Relations

During the last 17 years Joanne has acquired a wealth of experience in Industrial Relations and Employment Law, both as a legal adviser and a “hands –on” human resources manager in the airline and resources industries. After completing her articles of clerkship and becoming admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland, Joanne has worked as an Industrial Relations Lawyer and a Human Resource Manager for a diverse range of clients.

Simon Clayer

Industrial Relations Consultant, specialising in Industrial Relations

Simon has acquired extensive commercial experience over the past 25 years working in a variety of industries such as media, technology, and defence in a management, leadership and consulting capacity. Over the last three years, Simon has worked exclusively within the area of Industrial Relations and Employment Law in an advisory capacity.
Simon is admitted as a lawyer in Queensland, and prior to joining HRBS worked as an Industrial Officer for the State’s largest employee representation organisation. Simon has significant experience in health, aviation, technology, energy, and mining sectors as well as the public sector.

Finance & Administration Manager

Ange is in charge of all financial and administrative matters for the HRBS Team. She is currently studying Accounting and Law and also forms part of our IR Team. Keeping her fingers on the pulse of everything at HRBS, she is often referred to as the centre of the HRBS universe!

As Personal Assistant to the Big Boss, Merissa thrives in her job of keeping Tina on the straight and narrow. She's only in the office on a part time basis, so you may not hear her voice often, but she is working behind the scenes keeping Tina's days flowing smoothly!

Renee spends her time assisting our psych head honcho with all OD admin matters, from calender management to training materials, Renee does it all. As a full time Uni student, Renee's only here on a part time basis, but she helps keep Kelly organised and assists the whole team whenever she can!
